Physical Therapy

Atlas Home Health has experienced physical therapists that will help you to develop, maintain and restore maximum functional ability after surgery, traumatic event or illness.

They will perform treatments to reduce your risk of falling by increasing your flexibility, balance and coordination, promote movement and reduce pain.

Occupational Therapy

Atlas Home Health has trained occupational therapists who will work with you to improve your cognitive and functional ability to perform basic activities of daily living.

They can also help you lead a more active and independent lives through a variety of methods and exercises. 

Speech Therapy

Speech therapists, also called speech language pathologists, provide care that is designed to evaluate and treat neurological, cognitive and physical disorders that cause difficulty with speech, language and swallowing.

Medical Social Services

Medical social workers provide valuable services that help connect patients and their families with community resources for social, emotional, financial and personal support associated with that patient’s illness and recovery.

On their first visit, the medical social worker will perform an initial assessment of your overall well being and support systems.

Skilled Nursing

Our highly trained staff of professional nurses can accommodate all of your home care nursing needs.

We offer free assessments and work closely with your physician and family to determine the best course of treatment.

Certified Nursing Assistang

Atlas Home Health employs compassionate and competent certified nursing assistants (CNAs), also called home health aides, to supplement skilled nursing and therapy services. CNAs help you to perform fundamental tasks of daily living, such as bathing and grooming, light housework, and mobility assistance. 

Private Duty Nursing

Private Duty Nursing is defined as skilled nursing services provided by an RN or LPN on an hourly basis.

Skilled nursing services are defined as medically necessary services, ordered by a physician, which must be delivered by licensed, skilled personnel to ensure patient safety and achieve medically desired results.
